Bumblebe has some toxic ingredients. In this case, the dangerous toxins are arsenic and sulfur. Arsenic and sulfur are carcinogens that can have serious negative effects on your body if ingested. For this reason, Bumblebee Jasper is considered by many to be a toxic stone.
!!!It is important to avoid any methods that could lead to internal use!!!
For example, do not put the stone near your eyes or mouth. You should also avoid any water infusion techniques or other application methods that involve ingesting any kind of liquid. Always wash your hands after using the stone
Bumblebee jasper (which is not actually true jasper) is a complex calcium carbonate mineral with inclusions of arsenic and manganese oxides. The banding and layering, which resembles common bumblebee (hence the name), is due to the addition of sulphur (yellow), calcium and aragonite (white), Orpiment and Realgar (orange) and Pyrite (black). This mineral was only recently discovered in the 1990s in Papandayan Volcano, West Java Province, Indonesia. Since then, this mineral has not been discovered anywhere else on Earth and geologists do not expect to find another deposit of this mineral anytime soon. This is an extremely rare occurrence in nature that simply does not happen and should be appreciated, respected and cherished for its true uniqueness.
