BRONZITE

Bronzite is a mineral of the pyroxene group and was first described in 1906. It is an intermediate mineral between Augite and Enstatite and both have very similar chemical compositions. Bronzite is most commonly found in a dark bronze colour. Sometimes this stone can be found with tiny pyrite flecks all around and can resemble a cat's eye. This mineral can be found all over the world, but is best known in Brazil, the Czech Republic, Madagascar, Austria and the USA.
